Webhooks keep your returns board synchronized with your Shopify store in real-time.
Steps

Go to your Shopify admin > Settings > Notifications > Webhooks.

Create webhooks for the following events: returns/request, returns/approve, returns/decline, returns/process, returns/cancel, returns/close, returns/update, refunds/create.

Set the webhook URL to the endpoint provided in your ReturnBoard app settings.
